Although, the initial set-up period, as in all new business ventures, was quite hectic and rather chaotic to say the least, Greg persevered and has already proven this was the correct decision for both him and his valued clients. Indeed, there were several properties selling within the first weeks of this fledgling business being up and running.

As Greg is also someone who is passionate about his work, he gets to enjoy a high share of new business from referrals from happy past clients. With the approach that each individual property needs to have its very own fresh and innovative marketing ideas, Greg is constantly meeting and enjoying the challenges of thinking outside the square.

With the requirement that a real estate business owner must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Greg is required by law to be continually updating his knowledge of all the new legal requirements in New South Wales’ Real Estate legislation. This ensures that YOU are represented by someone who genuinely knows what he is doing, and thus is doing it correctly for YOU.

Greg has even gone that one step further and become an accredited ‘Auctioneer’, giving him yet another option to use his abilities to offer a better service to all his very valuable customers.

Also to ensure that his customers are treated with professionalism and that he continues to achieve the very best results possible in every style of market and in all circumstances, he takes every opportunity he can to improve those skills with qualified training companies throughout Australasia.
 
On an office level, Greg is now supported by his son Cameron, whom is now registered as a qualified Sales Consultant along with his very supportive and loving wife Coursina, whom is presently doing her studies Certificate IV in Business – Real Estate. Greg also has the enviable opportunity of working from his own home, located within the beautiful Bays area and, with the support of his whole family to help him, is able to provide the services his customers deserve and should expect.
